CANCELLATION INSURANCE
- We offer you a “Cancellation and modification of stay” option.
How does it work?
Cancellation or modification is free up to 48 hours before your arrival without proof.
This offer must be subscribed to at the time of booking directly with Clos Rhéa.
Its amount amounts to 5% of the price of your stay.
With this option, you can cancel your stay 48 hours before the arrival date at no additional cost or postpone your stay 48 hours before the arrival date.
- The reservation is validated upon receipt of your signed contract accompanied by the amount of the deposit which amounts to 25% of your stay.
PAYMENT OF THE BALANCE
The balance of your stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival.
You can choose between different payment methods: check, transfer, card payment via a secure link sent on request, holiday vouchers, connect holiday vouchers.
NEW – Payment in 3 or 4 installments
This year we are also offering payment in installments in 3 or 4 installments.
If you wish to take advantage of this service, simply inform us when signing your contract in order to define the split payment schedule together.
