Nearby, nautical activities, boat trips and other leisure activities on the Ile de Ré offer you numerous possibilities for organizing an original team-building event.

The villa
The Seagull villa is a completely independent space of 118 m², cozy and intimate. It includes a large living room of 57 m², 3 bedrooms, one with private bathroom, a kitchen, a terrace and an enclosed garden.
The villa is ideal for a wellness retreat, an internship, or even a thematic stay with a small group. During the rental, you can also enjoy the swimming pool and spa (optional).
VIEW ACCOMMODATION
The meeting room
The meeting room is ideal for organizing your seminars, training, exhibitions, afterworks, business breakfasts or being converted into a showroom. It accommodates up to 14 people in seats.
Bright, warm with its large windows overlooking the swimming pool, it offers a calming and inspiring working environment.
Price: €70/half-day, €120/day, €90/day beyond 3 days of rental
Access to the kitchen from November to February: supplement of €20/day
Modular private space
Take advantage of a 16 m² office that can accommodate 4 people maximum for your work sessions alone or in a team. You can also organize your appointments and consultations for alternative medicine, massages, or even receive your clients traveling on the Ile de Ré.
